戒備與鬆弛
思想常在戒備狀態實屬正常,想東想西是生存必要的,好讓自己時刻維持警醒,以應付周圍環境可能出現的危險,
身體則不妨輕鬆一下,不是說完全卸除任何戒備,而是留意一下自己是否不必要地過度繃緊,咬緊牙關、皺眉、縮緊肩膀
